‘UNDONE’, where beauty meets the turmoil of a storm.
I love creating these pieces of art that are full of contrast, the black and yellow create such impact! With this painting I wanted to create the dark black stormy skies charged with emotion over the quiet golden yellow field.
‘Undone’ is a painting about being vulnerable but also about being resilient against the storm that is about to unleash on the little farm building and land below.
This painting and the colours I have purposely chosen are about the inevitable moments in life when all seems to come undone…but with all my paintings there is always hope and light. The yellow field and the light I have created in the top corner represent the future and beauty within the darkness.
I adored creating this painting, I loved it, and I can’t wait for it to find it new home.
