This painting was heavily inspired by my deep love for the countryside.
Above the hills are a veil of ominous moody clouds, heavy with dark greys to show how the rain will soon fall onto the land below. The light piercing through the cloud above gently touches the land below.
Within the darkness I have tried to add hints of beauty, inspired by the ever-changing nature of the world around us.
I also chose to varnish this painting with a gloss varnish as it really makes the dark clouds look even more ominous!
All my original paintings are signed and dated on the back. I provide free UK delivery and I also ship Internationally using tracked delivery so I can ensure the painting arrives at the correct destination and in a timely manner.
